An advanced website where I can do my original Anime Characters for free? Please... can anyone suggest me a website where i can do anime characters for free? I don't mean already existing characters, but I mean characters of my own creation. You see, I have to write something for English class. Everyone will pick different types of cultural entertaining writing, and I've picked Anime. So, at least I need help doing the characters, just so I can base my writing on it. Any suggestions please? |

Advanced Anime Art Help? ok, i'm...well, right now, i'm a chibi artist, but i was looking around on deviantart.com and i found a LOT of awesome advanced anime pictures, and i thought "hey, I wonder if i could draw these?" I thought this could be a good example,
seifer-sama.deviantart.com/art/Ka…
I wanna try and draw something along this, with the strand by strand hair, advanced eyes, and i need help with the bodies, cuz to me, if you screw up the eyes of the body, the whole sketch is screwed up! So...i was wondering, could someone help me with some pointers or tips on how to start at or practice on? Thanx so much!!!
The art-trainee thanx you! |
It's basically the same way you learned how to draw chibi characters. You find pictures where you like how advanced the hair and eyes are and copy it over and over. First off DO NOT try to go fast. That's the easiest way to destroy your chances of mastering how to draw really advanced manga. You must slowly draw and absorb every little detail. Be conscious of the entire picture too. Don't put 100 percent of your attention on drawing a line without considering whether it will give a positive or negative effect on the overall picture. It's patience and observance. But you might wanna study real life anatomy as well. Afterall, that is what manga is based off of.
Basically, copy as many pictures of what you want to draw as you can, but take your time and absorb what you see. As you get better, you'll draw faster, but detailed art still takes a longer period of time. But, don't neglect real life visuals. |
What should a picture be to be classifed as anime? I really want to join advanced anime, but i am scared because i don't know if what i draw is anime or manga or something completely different. |
Anime is a broad term used in the west for pretty much anything drawn or animated in the japanese animation style that are commonly assosciated with Japanese Anime movie series.
Manga is the same style of art, but applied to comic books. |

Advanced Anime Lovers!! I need your help!!? well I saw this anime when i was in 3rd or 4th grade.
All I can remember is that the Opening song's video is good. And the scences are: "A ship was sailing in the sky and the main characters are there.. which infact a boy and a girl."
all I can remember is the girl's appearance..
She got a blue hair and quiet..
and I remember that {not-so-the-plot} that the boy and the girl {in the ship that i explain} is suck in a portal.. or was it??.. anyways another girl is also suck and she got a short red-hair and had a crush on the male protogonist. When they are in the "other world" the blue-haired girl is {the people in that world say} the one that the gods has sent. and the other 2 characters landed on a twon.. I think....
and i can barely remember the blue-haired girl's name....
I think it's "Taurus" which I heard them called her that name in japanese... |
i think you're referring to elemental gelade?
coz there is a girl with a blue hair, and she's the protagonist. also there's a character with a short hair, and one of the supporting characters. |

Why did kanokon series just advanced through the anime series? and also to To love-ru? i read the manga of Kanokon and what i have compared to its series didnt follow the manga?... can you please tell me why?,,,
and why did they advance through the anime series while the 2nd volume of manga didnt release?
|
|
--------…
and also from the anime To love-ru,,, it didnt also tried to follow the manga... -___-"...
can anyone tell me? |
I don't read Kanokon (not a big ecchi fan), but you have to know that Kanokon isn't based on the manga. It's based on the light novel. The manga came later. It's like Shakugan no Shana and Zero no Tsukaima, the light novels came first and the manga later.
Anime isn't always based on manga, sometimes it's based on light novels (examples: Kanokon, Shigofumi, Shakugan no Shana, Wagaya no Oinari-sama, Spice and Wolf) or games (examples: ef - a tale of memories, Clannad, Myself;Yourself, Prism Ark).
If you've ever read the manga for a series and watched the anime later, you realize that sometimes the anime doesn't follow exactly what happened in the manga.
The Kanokon manga just started June 26th of 2007 while the light novel started October 31 of 2006 [according to Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanokon ]. And since the manga is in Monthly Comic Alive (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monthly_Com… ), that means a new chapter comes out every month. Wikipedia says 4 volumes of the manga is out. I'm guessing you're reading scanlations, since only chapter 1-6 of volume 1 have been released (www.mangaupdates.com/releases.htm… ). Basically meaning that it's out, but scanlations aren't.
---
As for To Love-Ru, it's based on the manga, but anime adaptations of manga doesn't always follow the manga. Some do, and some don't. Some stick pretty close to what happens in the manga (like Fruits Basket if I remember correctly) and some don't (the Ouran High School Host Club anime went out of order from what happened in the manga).
------
Edit:
I don't really agree with the answerer above me, I doubt the mangaka has much say in the anime. The way I see it, the animation company decides how the anime goes, and decides to follow the manga to use it as a source or not. |
Anyone know of an anime of advanced high school where girls are fighters that have like chips in their back? So yeah does anybody know of this anime where girls are fighters with chips in their back that give them power and the guys are support? It kind of reminds me of Sekirei except these girls have like high tech powers because of the chips in their back and I think the more girls the main character hooks up with the more fighter he can support but he is the only guy that can support more than one. I totally forgot the name of this anime & I'm going insane looking for it since there is so many like this in this genre. smh lol any help is greatly appreciated thanks! |
i am currently reading 'Freezing' and it about girls who are fighters. I just started it today so i'm not so sure of the overall plot but supposedly some or all of the girls have chips to make them stronger. and the main character is a boy who want the be the supporter of the main girl.
I'm pretty sure this is also an anime, but the anime is fairly new. |
